Roles and Responsibilities:
Designs and implements information assurance and security engineering systems with requirements of business continuity, operations security, cryptography, forensics, regulatory compliance, internal counter-espionage (insider threat detection and mitigation), physical security analysis (including facilities analysis, and security management). Assesses and mitigates system security threats and risks throughout the program life cycle. Validates system security requirements definition and analysis. Establishes system security designs. Implements security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures. Verifies security requirements; performs system certification and accreditation planning and testing and liaison activities. Supports secure systems operations and maintenance.

This position will provide support to the team in the area of rule set development. Experience with LAN/WAN and firewalls is required. A working knowledge of the following is also required: system security design process, defense-in-depth/breadth, engineering life cycle, information domains, cross domain solutions, identification, authentication, and authorization, system integration, DCID 6/3, risk management, intrusion detection, contingency planning, incident handling, configuration control, change management, auditing, certification and accreditation process, principles of IA (confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation, availability, access control), and security testing.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
(14) years related experience.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment where multiple projects are being developed and deployed simultaneously.
Must be able to work well within a team environment.
Must be able to adapt quickly to change.
Position requires a current TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
