SOA Security Engineer – 184537

Qualifications


This position requires a BS degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in software development.
The candidate needs to be familiar with multiple C&A Processes to include: DITSCAP/DIACAP, DoDI 8500.2, DoDIIS C&A Guide, STIG and SNAC guides, IC Mobile Code polices, and DoD guidance documents on web security and net centricity.
The individual must be familiar with multiple SOA standards/technologies to include Web Services, SAML, XACML, WS-Security (and other WS-* standards), PKI, and other identity and access management methods.
Strong multi-tasking, oral and writing skills are required as the candidate will be drafting documentation and security certification procedures, assisting in presentation generation and security architecture design, as well as presenting information to management/customers.
The individual needs to be self-motivated, but able to work as part of a team and present the program/company in a positive way to the customer and during other government interaction. Some travel both CONUS and Overseas is required.
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.

This position is posted as a dual band 03/04. Specific experience & qualifications of individual candidate will determine the appropriate salary band.
