The qualified candidate will be responsible for the following: developing and maintaining applications involving a wide variety of programming and scripting languages; building automated workflows; working with requirements analysis, user interface design experience and object-oriented design and analysis.
This position may be filled by a band 3 or band 4 candidate. Specific experience & qualifications of individual candidate will determine the appropriate band.

Qualifications
This position requires a BS degree 5+ years in software development
3+ years with J2EE/Web Services application experience in the following web technologies: BEA WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, and Web services
Experience developing and maintaining applications involving a wide variety of programming & scripting languages (C, C++, Java, .NET, Perl, Tcl/Tk, csh, sh, etc.)
Experience with Visual Basic
Experience building automated workflows using BEA WebLogic Integration, UML, large scale distributed systems and high performance computing
Experience with requirements analysis, user interface design experience, object-oriented design and analysis
Excellent oral and written communications
An active TS/SCI clearance is required
