The Sector Estimating and Pricing Department is organized with a focus on must-win and key growth opportunities driving new business capture. The organization collaborates with, and provides analytical support to, divisional management in order to develop the winning proposal strategy, and then direct the Estimating and Pricing organization in the execution of the strategy through the price proposal. This management position will lead the E&P analytical support in the development of strategy for significant proposals, including cost risk assessments and pricing to win. This position will work closely and coordinate with the divisional Business Mgrs, Business Development, the Capture Leadership Center, and the other members of the E&P team in the formulation of proposal strategy. In addition, this position will provide cost volume planning, leadership, and management oversight for strategic competitive proposals. M1 and M2 will be considered for hire if they meet the required qualifications.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong leadership, analytical, presentation and Business Management skills. Secret security clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years Business Management experience.
