Lab Aide B Process Control – 182482
Perform process control functions associoated with very large scale integrated circuits, complex module (multi-hybrid) assemblies and microiwave systems. Utilize a variety of equipment and have a detailed knowledge of applicable specifications, procedures and requirements. Review Process and Inspection Control Documents, complete routers, non conforming material forms, quality procedures, process and test specfications.Perform visual and mechanical examination of very large scale integrated circuits, assembled substrates and multi-hybrid assemblies.Perfrom precision measurements on assembled product and verify proper assembly in accordance with approved drawings.
Basic Qualifications
High Scool graduate 1 year experienec as a Lab Aide C -Process Control or 2 (two) years and nine (9) months equvalent work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties assigned under this position.
Preferred Qualifications
Detailed microcircuit bare chip and packaged microcircuit pre-cap inspection background.
