Supply Chain Program Planner 3\4 – 188394
Individual will be responsible for the following activities: Material Proposal Support, Supplier Identification and Solicitation. The individual will be responsible for the establishment of cost, schedule and performance requirements for all suppliers on assigned programs in business area. The applicant must be able to work with the operations and manufacturing support teams and possess the necessary knowledge to assist in product delivery to integration and test. Additionally the individual will provide and maintain all program SCM Visibility. Must be able to represent / present this visibility to all levels of management and do occasional travel. Additional duties may be assigned commensurate with abilities or business needs. The individual will serve as a Supply Chain Analyst in the CNS Business area and will need to react in a QRC Environment while supporting the various IPTs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Secret Clearance, BA/BS 2 plus years experience, essential Microsoft Office Skills, SAP experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain management or related activities. Proficient with Microsoft Office products and SAP. Experience in manufacturing setting is a plus. Candidate should possess good communication skills, and be able to work in a team environment.
Band level based on experience. Can be filled as a band 3 or band 4.
COMMMON JOB DESCRIPTION: Develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of business growth. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns. Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

Typical Minimum Education / Experience:
10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters
