In this Level 5 Lead Engineer position, the candidate will join our Special Projects Group and lead a team of engineers and technicians responsible for defining RCS reduction treatments, defining Low Observables design requirements, integrating Low Observable technologies and design requirements into current and future designs, providing engineering oversight to RCS model fabrication, developing requirements for RCS testing and providing test support and evaluating results of complete structure and component level testing, prepare and deliver briefings and test summaries for customer and senior management. The person selected for this position will also play a key role in developing state-of-the-art RF based test equipment and processes for advanced technology performance verification and validation. Basic Qualifications: B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics with a minimum of 14 years of related experience. This person must also have experience in analytically developing, designing and implementing RCS suppression techniques. An active Top Secret security clearance is required for consideration. Preferred Experience: M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics. Familiarly with analytical EM material models and IR signature performance predictions. Experience with vehicle integration trades to meet specific system level performance requirements is highly desired. Experience working in a fast paced design and development environment is also a plus. . Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
