Flight Test Engineer - Level 3 to support flight test planning and execution efforts. Responsibilities: Develop and publish test plans, test schedules and test procedures for developmental flight testing. Support test planning working groups, plan and conduct flight readiness reviews, and conduct pre and post test briefings. Interface with air vehicle design and analysis functions to develop test and test data requirements. Specify test article configurations and coordinate the integration of test modifications with air vehicle engineering. Identify and coordinate the availability of test facilities and test ranges with cognizant company, subcontractor, and government agencies. Schedule and support the conduct of ground and flight tests. Participate in post-test data evaluation and problem identification and resolution. Basic Qualifications: BS in an Engineering discipline or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in flight test operations. Current Secret clearance required. Preferred Qualifications: Current Top Secret clearance a significant plus. Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance and SAP accesses. Ability and willingness to work non-standard shifts/overtime and travel for extended periods is essential. Security Clearance Required.
