If you are seeking a position where you will be working on front-end design and development then our Transition-to-Production Automation Engineer position may be just what you're looking for. We are looking for high-energy team players to concept, develop, design, and implement activities for our automated systems in support of our integrated assembly line. Our engineers are hands-on with the product and key members of the Integrated Product Team. If you can coordinate/develop and execute test plans, conduct failure investigations, develop and evaluate process improvements, and validate process/technology; in addition to develop, plan, and deliver training to end-users; and, you meet the Basic Qualifications outlined below, then we would like to hear from you. Basic Qualifications: BS/BA Degree in a technical field (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years related aerospace experience. Preferred Qualifications: Verifiable performance record that includes the various aspects of assembly line operation. Successful project management experience is a significant plus.
