Subcontracts Administrator 5 – 188401
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator 5 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will support the Civil Systems Division in San Diego, CA.

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Commercial, State, Local, and Public Safety Sector supporting the IT outsourcing services contract supporting the County of San Diego..
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Negotiate and administer multi-million dollar commercial subcontracts
* Support negotiations of teaming agreements, proposals, subcontract price & provisions and terms & conditions
* Support solicitation efforts, analyzing and evaluating proposals, source selection, and close-out activity
* Prepare and maintain corporate compliant subcontract files
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* 15+years work experience;10 years of relevant subcontracts experience required - Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred.
* Must be highly proficient in Subcontract Administration and able to work in a team environment with a minimum amount of direct supervision.
* Must have minimum 1 year experience as an active participant on proposal teams.
* Must be able to multi-task and support concurrent requirements for different internal customers. Experience providing subcontract support to large multi-team contracts, including large and small business.
* Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Excellent Organization & Communication Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and services.
Working knowledge of SAP- procurement process
Certification from ISM or NCMA is beneficial, but not required.
