As part of newly established Program Planning & Control (PP&C) organization in ISD, the candidate will be responsible for the implementation of standard processes, tools and program planning & control practices supporting the C&SS BU and S&RS OU. Reporting directly to the Dual-BU PP&C Homeroom Manager (for both the IIS & CS&S BUs), and assigned to the S&RS OU Business Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

Perform a variety of assignments to assist in the compilation and analysis of data and the preparation of estimates, schedules and budgets. Maintain program budgets and expenditures. Provide assistance in the completion of contract and subcontract modifications, track and process subcontractor invoices for payment. Assist in preparation of reports and gathers data for use in such activities as price negotiations, proposal preparation, cost tracking, performance measurement and control.

Program-specific Quals: Min 4+ years of experience supporting a program planning & control function. Candidate must have the ability to work with individuals representing other departments, and/or representing outside organizations. Candidate's required communication skills will involve obtaining or providing information or data on matters of moderate importance to the function of the department and/or which may be of a very sensitive nature.
