Pgm Cost Control Analyst 3 – 188931
Support Various programs within Enterprise Gateway and Application Department to monitor and report Earned Value metrics. Daily tasks include using MPM/MPM Connect, Winsight Administrator/Winsight, and SAP/BW tools for evaluating and reporting program's cost and schedule health. Prepare Cost Performance Report (CPR), assist Control Account Managers in weekly cost and schedule analysis, and assist with DCMA/DCAA audits .
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor degree in business/finance or related field + a minimum of 6 years of experience. An additional 4 years of directly related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. 3 - 5 years project control or applicable finance experience required. Knowledge of accounting/finance principles preferred. Experience budgeting and forecasting revenue, margin, bookings and acquisitions. Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel Skills. Attention to detail coupled with the ability to quickly acclimated to the program's processes and learn new procedures with minimal supervision. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Knowledge in EV in developing WBS for new scope such as ECPs and budget plans preferred.
