Systems Engineering (SE) Manager responsible for leading the system design teams activities for the High Altitude, Long Endurance (HALE) Program. The HALE system design team lead duties will focus on efficient, hands-on management of a multi-disciplined system design team in a collaborative environment with multiple program derivatives and customers. The team is tasked with establishing and managing multiple technical baselines through definition of high-level performance requirements and verification methods, subsequent analysis, decomposition, and derivation of functional requirements, allocation of those lower-level requirements to physical and functional architectural elements, and tracking them through design, verification, integration, and operational validation in addition to the system level architecture, design, safety, E3, Information assurance, and integration. HALE system design team lead duties also include project planning, execution of major the typical major reviews I the normal development life cycle (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, etc.), and earned value management. Basic Qualifications: BS in a technical field and a minimum of 9 years of related experience. Candidate must have excellent communication, people and leadership skills along with experience in establishing, monitoring and reporting earned value performance metrics. Candidate must be familiar with all aspects of the Systems Engineering Life Cycle. DoD Secret Clearance Required. Preferred Skills: experience with requirements database tool such as DOORs. Security Clearance Required.
