Oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project-team, and line management. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops business assessments for incorporation of engineering changes into the product environment. Determines best schedule and cost implementation plans. Will work directly with functional departments and Integrated Product Teams to develop and implement cross-functional development plans for multiple programs and projects. Basic Qualifications: BA/BS in a technical field (or equivalent experience) and 3 years experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with systems engineering processes, change management, earned value management systems, assembly sequence plans, first article schedules, facilities layouts, production schedules, drawing negotiations, production readiness reviews, possesses the ability to integrate complex solutions with little guidance and has good interpersonal skills to obtain program and project objectives. Active security clearance preferred.
