Mgr Procurement Quality Eng 2 – 187661
Responsible for Procurement Quality Engineering, Source Inspection and Receiving Inspection functions. Responsibilities include the audit and approval of Supplier Quality Systems, maintenance of the Approved Supplier List, coordination of source inspection activities and all receiving inspection functions. Financial responsibilities include the administration of all contract and expense budget hours/dollars associated with these functions. Establishes, maintains, and continuously improve processes, for evaluating and measuring Supplier quality performance to assure product and documentation compliance to Engineering and Customer requirements. Interpersonal skills include the ability to effectively communicate with other functional process performers, DCMA, and all levels of the NGC leadership team.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree plus a minimum six years of quality experience or Masters Degree plus a minimum of five years of quality experience. Preferred Qualifications: The position requires a strong knowledge of quality management systems including: quality BTP inspection, supplier quality, quality engineering methods, inspection techniques; including root cause analysis and corrective action. Candidate must be able to effectively collect, analyze, organize and present data to senior management. Must have knowledge of documentation needed for inspection planning and reporting activities related to supplier quality processes and procedures. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008.

Must be a US Citzen with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
