Subcontracts Administrator 4 – 188407
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Subcontract Administrator 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Chantilly, Virginia.
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence working with Northrop Grumman. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Health IT Business Unit.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage subcontractor to achieve program goals and objectives while maintaining strong program and supplier relations.
* Ensure compliance with FAR, public law and company policies and procedures
* Develop, negotiate, administer and closeout subcontracts of all types
* Lead proposal activity to include issuing RFPs, analyzing proposals, negotiating and proposal writing
* Participate in strategic formation, teaming arrangements
* Provide guidance to proposal teams, programs and small business subcontractors
* Mentor and train junior staff
* Identify risk and work with proposal team and / or program to eliminate or mitigate risk
* Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as part of a supplier management team
* Adhere to tight deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent
* Ten years of subcontract experience
* FAR knowledge
* Federal subcontracting experience
* Proposal experience
* Price and Cost analysis experience
* Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
