Contract Administrator 3 – 183897
Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Contracts Administrator 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO.

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Joint Research and Development Contract (JRDC) Program, a 10 year, $2.5B program, responsible for Missile Defense Reasearch and Development and Operations and Maintenance of the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of hybrid CPAF/CPFF IDIQ task orders
* Ensuring Northrop Grumman policies and procedures are followed
* Ensuring contractual commitments are met.
* Maintaining positive relations with the customer and working cooperatively with a multitude of organizations

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* Bachelors Degree
* Six years work experience with minimum of three years managing and negotiating DOD contracts/task orders
* Ability to provide responsible advice and counsel on a wide range of contractual and business issues
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain positive relations with the customer and co-workers
* Thorough knowledge of FAR/DFARs.
* Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Experience working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
* Position prefers a candidate with a current Secret Clearance
