Where Technology and Teamwork come together... Northrop Grumman Information Systems (NGIS) sector is seeking an Staff Counterintelligence Officer to join our team in defining the future in the, Washington, DC location.

Roles and Responsibilites:

Seeking an experienced Counterintelligence Officer (CIO) to support the Analysis Division of the US Department of Energy (DOE) Headquarters Counterintelligence Directorate, Washington, DC. The candidate will use his/her skills and expertise in both CI operations and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and concerns of CI relevance, and will conduct and manage research and analysis to produce finished CI products for circulation within DOE and the Intelligence Community. Products will assess foreign intelligence and technological collection threats to DOE equities. In carrying out this Mission, the candidate will integrate DOE CI operations and investigations into analytic productivity, bringing DOE CI field element operational expertise into the analytic process. The candidate will be required to maintain liaison with other DOE CI Directorate divisions, and with partners in the Intelligence, Counterintelligence, and Law Enforcement Community agencies.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 9 years experience in CI and/or espionage investigations. This experience should be primarily civil service, or military experience. Individuals with more than three years experience may have a combination of public sector and private experience.
Knowledge of CI tradecraft, operations, collection, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Functional computer literacy and proficiency in common computer and network applications.
Active DoD Top Secret clearance or DOE 'Q' clearance, with eligibility for SCI access.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree, Foreign Language skills, Regional or country expertise, Knowledge of DOE Counterintelligence Directorate programs and locations.
Security Clearance Required.
