This position will be located in Washington, D.C.. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Department of Homeland Security - Human Capital Business Systems (HCBS) team which provides enterprise HR solutions for DHS components (TSA, FEMA, etc.).
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Provide deployment support of the new department wide recruiting system, TalentLink powered by Taleo
* Work interactively with varied DHS components to understand business requirements and help streamline varied component business process into Department standards
* Consult with the technical and deployment team to validate only enterprise requirements are implemented , . . . + .
* Collaborate with multiple deployments and conduct meetings to deliver standard, streamlined requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* The preferred educational level and experience is a Bachelors degree in a Business discipline
* Minimum of 2 implementations of a federal recruiting software package in a lead or management position
* Minimum of 10 years of business experience working with system implementations
* Minimum of 5 years experience streamlining business processes to meet system requirements, preferably with Commercial of the Shelf products (COTS)
* Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust designation
