Join Northrop Grumman as an Information Assurance and Cross Domain Program Manager to support a key Bureau by evaluating and deploying cutting edge Information Assurance and Cross Domain technologies to secure their classified information assets. The successful individual will provide the customer with thought leadership as a trusted partner to infuse new technologies into their infrastructure to secure mission critical solutions. Position is located in Washington, DC and convenient to Metro.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
Provide leadership by example to a team of engineers evaluating and prototyping Information Assurance solutions with the focus on Cross Domain capabilities.
Manage a mixture of contract types that will included components that are Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee.
Produce Rough Order of Magnitude (RoM) pricing and project plans to move technologies from evaluation to become fully functioning and scalable prototypes
Be the primary customer point of contact for all deliverables, contracts negotiations and customer satisfaction.
You and your team will be responsible for establishing the Bureau's Cross Domain Center of Excellence.
Job Qualifications:
We are looking for a seasoned leader experienced in managing high technology programs associated with information assurance and cross domain technologies.
US Citizenship and a current active Top Secret/SCI security clearance updated within last 4 ½ years and/or recently de-briefed TS/SCI in last two years required.
A Bachelor's Degree s is required with a higher degree highly preferred.
PMP Certification is a big plus.
12 to 15 years progressive IT experience with a solid background in information assurance and management
Demonstrated experience in the successful on time and within cost delivery of efforts to evaluate, design, build, setup, deploy and maintain systems.
Superior verbal and written communications skills are a required.
Experience must include successful direct customer support.
Proven leader experienced in customer negotiations in establishing project plans and pricing for changes in program scope.
Deliver solutions that are able to successfully achieve Certification and Accreditation.
Experience in managing Firm Fixed Price contracts is highly desired.
Position is contingent on contract award.
