Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Cost / Economic Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Washington D.C.
Put your years of experience into a future of excellence... The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Cost Estimating and Risk Analysis Team in support of various DoD and Intelligence Community customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Analyze actual and predictable interacting operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques
* Devise modeling and measuring techniques; utilizes mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques, and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines.
* Develop cost estimates and conduct other cost analyses including cost benefit analyses, analyses of alternatives, economic analyses, risk analyses, etc.
* Provide quantitative solutions to DoD and Intelligence Community customers
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* Bachelor's degree
* 6 years developing cost estimates and conducting cost analyses OR performing quantitative analyses on government programs
* Excellent communication skills
* Position requires a current TS/SCI Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
* Peoplesoft Financials experience
* Masters Degree
* Intelligence Community and/or DoD Experience
