Flight Test Operations Manager – 186586
Responsible for leading Northrop Grummans Strike and Surveillance Systems Division (SSSD) Flight Test Operations organization which includes providing flight test programs with qualified aircrew, mission planning, life support, and operations support personnel. Performs as functional manager for over 20 employees and ensures SSSD supported flight test programs are operated in a safe, effective and efficient manner, in accordance with Northrop Grumman Policies, Procedures and Practices. Supports flight test program proposal development and standup of new flight test teams. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree, 10 years of Flight test experience, and DoD Secret clearance. Preferred: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance, former military aircrew experience. Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
