Reliability Engineer T2\T3 – 178820
The reliability position will focus on leading and conducting Failure Review Boards (FRB) for key programs. In addition, the candidate shall exhibit skills for data collection, analysis and presentations with the ability to perform multiple tasks across programs as needed. Should be able to support Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) as well as preparing and presenting customer interface reports. Should be able to interface with the supporting Failure Analysis organization with knowledge of tools and equipment used by the F/A. Works closely with engineers from optical, electrical, mechanical, test, software engineering disciplines, customer's technical team and suppliers.

Typical Minimum Education / Experience:
5 years experience with Bachelors in Science (Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or closely related Engineering field); 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD; 0 Years with JD; must have good written/verbal communication skills. Experience in electro-optical systems and laser technology is highly desirable and/or Black Belt and CRE are a plus. Works closely with engineers from optical, electrical, mechanical, test, software engineering disciplines, customer's technical team and suppliers.
