Northrop Grumman Information Systems, through its Information Operations Operating Unit, is seeking an Interagency Planner and Operations Integrator at USCENTCOM and/or USSOCOM to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals providing full spectrum support to Combatant Commanders and Department of Defense Organizations. The candidate will integrate and synchronize DoD military activities with U.S. strategy by coordinating with Component Commands, other Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, the Office of Secretary of Defense, and counterparts in Federal Departments and Agencies to support operations in the USCENTCOM AOR and the Global War on Terror. Duties include reporting on implementation of COCOM priorities and Interagency efforts; participating in the Joint Targeting Process and Crisis Action Teams; refining operational plans and support progression from developmental stage to approved plans; providing information operations and strategic communication expertise; and updating battle tracking databases and synchronization matrices. Positions are located at Tampa, FL, travel overseas may be required. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance; must be experienced in the Joint Operational Planning Process; must work as a member of a team with strong interpersonal, writing and speaking skills, and support mission accomplishment with minimal guidance and supervision; and must have a minimum of 3 years experience working on a joint or Service staff. Masters Degree is preferred. Minimum of bachelors degree with 9 years military experience or 13 years experience in lieu of degree.
