This AFNORTH Northrop Grumman employee will work as part of a team to build and implement the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Program for AFNORTH. They will be tasked to ensure that DOD, GCC, and service AT policy, standards and guidance are incorporated into the DSCA, HLD, AT/FP and Air Sovereignty plans and missions within AFNORTH. This work will assist in AFNORTH's effort to develop a comprehensive AT program to comply with all the standards contained in DOD guidance and DODI 2000.16. They will serve as a liaison with other Service Components, MAJCOMs, and HAF on operational, strategic, and technical requirements to facilitate integration and coordination of effort. They will develop operational guidance to supplement USNORTHCOM and Air force AT/FP directivities/guidance. This position requires excellent written and oral presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft office systems. Requires a Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
Must be able to work multiple project efforts; interface with contractors, Government, and military personnel in an Air and Space Operations Center (AOC), and Staff environment. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance prior to employment. Associate or Bachelor degree with 10 years operational experience is desired, but will consider work experience in lieu of educational requirements. Ideal candidate will have AT/FP experience within the USAF environment. Must be a US citizen. Moving expenses not authorized.
