Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals to develop, demonstrate, and transition technologies that enhance our nation's security. Initial assignment for the qualified applicant will support the Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) contract providing program management and engineering support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Hard Target Defeat Project. This program is located in Eglin AFB, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Advise on development of technology objectives
* Develop recommendations for program plans
* Assist in determining development priorities
* Assist in all facets supporting Agency program management
* Develop program support briefings and assist in program reviews

Minimum Qualifications:
* To be considered for this position, you must meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* Bachelors in engineering, mathematics, physics or related technical management field
* 9 years experience in combination of DoD acquisition and R&D project management
* Working knowledge of DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution process (PPBE)
* Ability in use of Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers and collaborators
* Understanding of military targeting processes
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
* Graduate degree in technical discipline
* Certification as a DoD acquisition professional or Project Management Professional
* Experience with weapon technologies capable of holding underground facilities at risk
* Program management experience applied to development of advanced technology systems
