Roles and Responsibilities:
The selected Software Engineer designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions. In addition, they will conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborate with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software. The Software development task is in a Windows and Linux environment. The task requires someone that has working experience in Web Application Development and Web Design that is able and willing to provide maintenance and enhancements for the existing Java server applications using software engineering best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Skills:
a) Working experience with Java server faces
b) Minimum of three (3) years of working experience with Java IDEs: Eclipse, JBuilder,
c) Minimum of two (2) years development experience in JSP, Servlets, and JBoss
d) Experience with JDBC (Java Database connectivity)
e) Linux and Windows 2003 and up development experience;
f) Familiar with SQL language
Desired Skills:
a) Working experience with Spring, Struts, and Hibernate
b) Working experience with Cassport PKI
* Position requires a current TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph Clearance. No relocation package is offered with this position.
Final Grade determination based upon qualifications of selected candidate.
