Responsible for functional areas of budgeting, accounting, program cost schedule and control, and financial analysis. Prepares financial plans and monitors the implementation of financial policies. Provides analysis on business development and monitors business performance. On-going activities will include cost and schedule forecasting/reporting, internal and external customer deliverables and presentations. Position requires strong working relationships with technical management, peers, and customers of a dispersed organization. Ideal candidate will support integrated cost/schedule management and analysis, providing actionable recommendations to program management.
This position is responsible for supervising subordinate project control administrators, including training, day to day direction, and performance appraisals. Candidate should enjoy the challenges of working in a dynamic environment and be able to work independently.
Bachelors Degree required. Minimum 15 years experience in project/program control desired. Strong, MS Access, MS Excel, skills are essential. Knowledge of accounting reporting systems (SAP, Lawson, etc.). Familiarity with CAS, FAR, forward pricing, and proposal pricing are essential. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively on project teams, with a variety of functional areas and management levels.
