Functional Responsibilities

The Mid-Level Supervisor (MLS) shall:
Ø Report directly to the Deputy Program Manager (D/PM)
Ø Represent the D/PM in discussions and coordination with the Small Business (SB) Subcontractors at two separate sites in Hawaii. Coordinate directly with MLSs and other representatives from the SB partners to ensure that staffing, scheduling, and incident control and response, as well as any other concerns are attended to.
Ø Manage all Northrop Grumman personnel assigned to the contract at the Hawaii sites
Ø Coordinate with SB partner MLSs for their scheduling.
Ø Represent the D/PM in coordinating with the government customer at both sites, ensuring that our SB partners' efforts are meeting the customer's expectations.
Ø Provide regular reports as well as report any issues or concerns to the D/PM.

Additionally, when needed, the MLS will backfill SB partner MLSs as follows:
Ø Be responsible for all personnel assigned to his/her shift;
Ø Manage assigned personnel assuring that all Post/Positions are properly manned through implementation of a work schedule that covers the period of time for each Post/Position opening and closing;
Ø Coordinate and assure that personnel are on time and, if required, back up personnel are available as needed.

Position Requirements

The MLS shall:
Ø Have a High School Diploma or GED;
Ø Have basic computer skills;
Ø Act as on site-supervisor for a given area or shift, or specialized function;
Ø Have a minimum of 2 years of supervision experience on programs that employ a minimum of 25 people; and
Ø Meet all requirements of the PWS and be appointed by the PM with the concurrence of the COR.

The MLS must maintain and meet all the requirements above or be reverted by Northrop Grumman to normal ACS status.

A security clearance level of TS/SCI with a Full Scope polygraph is required to work this position.
