Military Trainer 4 – 186257
Training analyst/developer working to analyze, develop, revise, and sustain training doctrine for the U.S. Army. Conduct analysis, validate doctrinal requirements, and prepare written content/input to the Army Training Network (ATN). Basic Minimum Qualifications:
* Must be a MEL 4 (CGSOC or SMA) graduate, and possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
* 15-20 years of experience
* Must have military experience in one of the services within the last 5-7 years
* Must have experience in planning, preparing, executing, and assessing training
* Must have experience with training/instructional development * Must have a secret clearance Assets:
* Experience with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and ASAT processes.
* Experience with the Digital Training Management System (DTMS)
* Master's Degree
* Familiarity with Army modular organizations
* Experience with ABCS (Army Battle Command System) Security Clearance Required.
