Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as the Intel controller during Battle Command Training Program, Operations Group Delta Corps and Division Warfighter Exercises (WFX) and Mission Rehearsal Exercises (MRX). During pre-exercise serves on the Database and Training Teams. Trains, mentors, and develops military Intelligence personnel at tactical level war-fighting skills, consistent with current and emerging Army doctrine though computer assisted simulation exercises. Instructs military personnel in the use of CBS computer-assisted simulations to support training exercises.
Ensures work cell configuration, communications and operations replicate a battlefield tactical operations center and enforces realism of exercise play through role playing and conflict adjudication and resolution. Reviews CBS parameters for Intel and makes recommendations for corrections or changes.
Support the After Action Review (AAR) process identifying and tracking significant events within simulations and recording these events critical to the units AAR.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Secret Security Clearance. Familiar with and current in U.S. Army and joint doctrine. Familiar with MS Office suite of software. Experience in simulation training, computer war gaming, and simulation programs, particularly the currently-used BCTP simulations are a plus. EDUCATION: BS or BA Degree, MEL 4, CGSC equivalent. Related Advanced Course graduate or equivalent.
