Establishes, maintains, and continuously improves processes, for evaluating and measuring quality characteristics to assure product compliance to engineering and customer requirements at all suppliers associated with the program. Interpersonal skills include the ability to effectively communicate with IPT's, DCMA, and all levels of NGC leadership team. This position will report to and act on behalf of the Supplier Assurance Director, as required. The position requires a strong knowledge of quality management systems including: quality BTP (design and planning), supplier quality, quality engineering methods, inspection techniques; including root cause analysis, corrective actions and FOD preventive strategies. Candidate must be able to effectively collect, analyze, organize and present data to senior management.Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree plus a minimum ten years of quality experience or Masters Degree plus a minimum of 8 years of quality experience. Must have knowledge of documentation needed for inspection, planning, MRB, and reporting activities related to shop process flow in accordance to established quality procedures, and AS9100 Rev B. Applicant must be capable of obtaining a security clearance. Security Clearance Required.
