Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the companys system architecture standards. Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.Basic Qualifications: BS Degree with 5-years experience with C# and MS Visual Studio.Net, 5 years web development with ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, Web Services and related technologies, 5-years concurrent experience writing T-SQL and DTS packages for MS SQL Server, 3 years with MS (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access) VBA. Experience designing, developing and deploying multi-tier applications in an enterprise production environment. The position requires strong troubleshooting and proven skills in database and object-oriented design. Position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to transition easily between requirements gathering, prototyping, software development and system rollout on large-scale (1,000-user) deployment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SOA is a plus. Experience developing metrics and charts is a plus.
