Facilities support of Corporate and IT-S employees in building 1840 (Century City), Nash building, Space Park, El Segundo campus, ES4 (Continental bldg), and Palmdale.
- Supervise Facilities Coordinators staff
- Oversee daily facilities operations
- Supervise Onsite Facility Vendors (ITS sites)
- Coordinate Vendors (Century City)
- Project Management
- Perform Space Planning
- Supervise All Moves
- Manage CAFM and Occupancy Database
- Interaction point with customers
- Support functions (Security, EHS etc)
- Generate Facilities related paperwork (FRs, POs etc)
- Interact with SCAQMD and regulatory compliance related agencies

Basic qualifications: Bachelors degree and 10 years of related experience; 8 Years with Masters. Preferred qualifications: Experience in facilities project management, supervision, and maintenance operations.
