Contract Professional responsible for proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. They will insure that company procedures, including all reviews and approvals are completed as required. Ability to apply sound judgment to proposal strategy, contract formation, managing changes and customer relationships. Provides risk analysis and recommendations for contracts and proposals. Perform all contracts related functions. Knowlegeable in FAR/DFAR and ITAR. Strong presentation and MS Word skills are required. Business degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
