Duties include implementation and management of Earned Value for large scale multi-disciplined Development Programs Responsibliities are to coordinate and assure accurate CPR, CFSR, IMS submittals. Compile Performance Measurement Baseline, risk and variance explanations, change logs, and submit in accordance with ANSI Guidelines. Provide Program Manager and CAM's with visibility and trend analysis. Coordinate, prepare and present business data for program management reviews, IBR's and Joint Surveillance Reviews. Coordinate and prepare internal and customer reports and presentations. Provide process guidance to various other personnel.
Applicant must be able to function in a dynamic organization and communicate within a team environment. Candidate must also be capable of performing work under general direction , participate in determining and management of objectives, and be able to plan and schedule activities to accomplish objectives. Bachelors Degree, strong PC and communications skills required. Experience in the use of Microsoft Project and MPM preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years related experience with the ability to obtain a DoD Security clearance.
