Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Landover, MD. To be considered for this position, a current, active TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance is required.
Where Technology and Teamwork come together... The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's PDAS Program, which is a 5 year program, responsible for providing end-to-end IT Infrastructure to our customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs applications software and systems
* Collaborate with other engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of computer systems for product and commercial software
* Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems.
* Ensures software processes and standards are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
* BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math
* Knowledgable of programming in C/C++, Objective C, or Java
* Position requires a current TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
* Bachelors in Computer Science
* Experience with application development for Apple OSX platform
* Experience with Unix systems
