Manufacturing Supervisor – 188788
The candidate will have management responsibility with in the Advance Micro-Electronic Assembly cell. Individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing processes, Manufacturing Operations, Materials Requirement Planning, product/process flow and SAP/MES. In addition, must have experience with Microsoft based software and have an effective working knowledge of Manufacturing Concepts. Must have excellent communication skills and be equipped to support positions in a professional manner.The position also includes coordination of production test with in the Cell, test flow as well as administering personnel actions as determined by agreements with local Unions or as a result of company guidelines. This will be a 1st or 2nd shift position.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree, 4 years manufacturing experience, conflict resolution and inter-personal relationship skills. This position requires U.S. citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Manufacturing process associated with microelectronics, SAP experience, understanding of production management concepts.

Will consider hiring at a band 2 or 3.
