Program Financial Administrator 2\3 – 188947
Business Management has an opportunity for a Lead Financial Administrator on the MESA program. This position will have primary involvement in the proposal preparation, including coordination with Program Office and leading proposals through the NGC estimating and pricing review process. The position also includes involvement in cost visibility, earned value, financial planning and forecasting and cash management. The position will be responsible for manpower planning and tracking, AOP and Resource Plan. This person will work closely with the Business Manager and Program Management and will also have interface with various levels of management and professionals in a variety of functional organizations. Band 2 candidates will be considered for hire if they meet the required qualifications.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting. Strong PC and communications skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the use of SAP
Security Clearance Required.
