Intelligence Analyst 4 – 186050
The Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Analyst (Formerly ONIR) will provide subject matter expertise and perform OPIR data extraction and processing of both real time and offline data using very specialized and highly complex software tools. This will include manipulation of data for analytical assessment. Responsible for input regarding enhancements for hardware and software development upgrades. Responsible for analysis, product reports and other operations support tasks in a team environment. Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical off line task and operations. Follows established procedures with little or no supervision. Will work effectively in a dynamic and fluctuating schedule that may require overtime. Must be able to relate to customers, peers and supervisors in a constructive environment.
The following are the Basic Qualifications for the position: 9+ years of experience directly related to this position and a bachelor's degree in a related field. 5+ Years OPIR exploitation experience. OPIR extraction tool basic experience. Adaptable to multiple internal processes and procedures. Effective communication skills to translate technical information and adhere to customer requirements. Willing to work a variety of schedules and to work overtime ability to travel domestic and international for mission requirements. U.S. Citizen. Current and Active TS/SCI and SSBI Clearance. Self motivated with strong leadership skills.
Desired Assets: Integrated ONIR TPED System (IOTS) experience. GEOCOMPASS experience. DoD Level OPIR Course. ATIC OPIR Coursework. Current Valid US Passport. Supervisory Experience.
