Intelligence Analyst 4 – 186056
The Intelligence Analyst (SAR) provides leadership and subject matter expertise in SAR data exploitation and event analysis. This position is located in Dayton, OH. This position will work as part of a dynamic team to provide SAR exploitation and analysis products using the Case Executive tool suite and other geospatial tools and develop comprehensive GEOINT products for a government client. The engineer will maintain responsibility for communicating and working closely with various organizations within the intelligence community Conduct all-source research and analysis to support and extend the finished SAR intelligence reports for the intelligence community and DoD clients. Employ a variety of tools, including Case Executive and other geospatial tools to perform analysis and develop products. Perform peer reviews and assessments of team member's intelligence reports. Perform quality assurance reviews on final products before dissemination. The engineer will work directly with customers, internal staff, and other contractors to determine project scope and specifications and will be responsible for building information products both graphic and textual for dissemination to users.
The following are the Basic Qualifications for the position: 9+ years of experience directly related to the position and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Broad Knowledge of IR Phenomenology, remote sensing, imagery analysis, MASINT, GEOINT, AGI and GIS. BS in Science, Engineering or related technical field. Physics, engineering, remote sensing, electro-optics, meterology or mathematics course work is strongly desired. Experience in lieu of coursework will be considered. 4+ years SAR data exploitation experience. Experience with CASE Executive tools. The ability to clearly and effectively communicate information and comply with customer requirements. The ability to adapt to various internal procedures. The ability to envision entire projects or planning initiatives from start to finish, and have the ability to ensure that vision is realized. Must be a self starter and have strong leadership skills. Must be willing to travel when needed for mission requirements - domestic and international. U.S Citizenship. Requires a current and active TS/SCI SSBI security clearance.
Desired Assets: Completion of DoD level SAR Course. Experience with the COMET exploitation tool. Experience in MASINT exploitation. Training experience.
