Engineer Planning Analyst 3 – 185781
Prepares and coordinates the plans and schedules for new or existing programs. Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements. Supports and participates in negotiations with customer. Resolves proposal preparation problems and assesses the progress against established plans and parameters. Primary responsibilities will include baseline development and EVMS tracking and reporting. Formulate and recommend corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, and work requirements. Basic Qualifications: 6 Years with Bachelors; 4 Years with Masters. Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite is required, as well as an understanding of EVMS. Candidate must have an understanding of CPR (Contract Performance Reports) formats 1, 2 and 5. Must have solid analytical and communication skills, experience in developing performance metrics, staffing requirements projections, and management presentations. Candidate must either have or be able to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance.Preferred Qualifications: Finance and scheduling experience are a plus, as well as experience in MS Project. Current DoD Security Clearance preferred. Security Clearance Required.
