The candidate will perform the Low Observable (LO) Supportability function working for LO IPT. The candidate's will be required to understand LO support requirements and plan, coordinate and develop the required tools and materials. Candidate will coordinate LO Supportability requirements with RCS designers and supportability/maintainability engineers to ensure the system meets LO supportability requirements. Secondary responsibilities will include working with the LO IPT and the Supportability IPT to ensure electromagnetic test requirements are met at the material, component and system level. Candidate will coordinate electromagnetic testing, perform Low Observables test plan development, and support and evaluate test results. Candidate shall support on and offsite testing and shall reduce data and summarize results to support design decisions and analysis validation. Candidate must have solid analytical and communication skills and be willing to travel and support testing in various offsite locations within the Continental US. Basic Qualifications: B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics with a minimum of 9 years of related experience. This person must also have experience in analytically developing, designing and implementing RCS suppression techniques. An active Secret security clearance is required for consideration. Preferred Qualifications: M.S. degree in an Engineering-related Discipline, familiarly with analytical EM material models, and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Experience with vehicle shaping, application of RAM / RAS absorbers, and vehicle integration/supportability trades to meet specific system level performance requirements is highly desired. Experience working in a fast paced design and development environment is also a plus. Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
