Personnel Security Analyst 2 – 187755
We have an immediate need for a strong and experienced Administrative Personnel Security Officer, providing support in the day-to-day implementation and administration of our Personnel Security Program. Self-Starter possessing a broad knowledge of the NISPOM, who is the primary representative for Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) administration, possessing excellent oral and written communication skills, able to work under pressure and perform to deadlines and schedules. Establish procedures for handling, maintaining and retaining applicable training records in accordance with NISPOM Requirements for main facility and off-site locations. In charge of training new users, responsible for keeping databases current and accurate. Conduct quality control audits validating the accuracy of systems and hard copy files. Document Foreign Travel, NATO, COMSEC and CNWDI Briefings and Reports. Point of contact for Adverse Information and other reports to be submitted to the Cognizant Security Agencies from investigation of incidents to initial and final reports. Frequent interaction with internal customers and occasional interaction with external contacts. Maintaining Administrative Records in accordance with NISPOM, Federal and Company Standards to include use and administration of JPAS and Company internal database. Must be organized and have strong attention to detail skills. Working knowledge of DoD, Air Force, and JAFAN directives for program implementation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products. This position also provides back-up to the COMSEC Custodian and Document Control Office. Prepare and submit monthly reports. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience. Security Clearance Required.
