Chief Trainer Combat Service Support – 166334
Provides advice and assistance to the battalion/brigade S-1/S-4 or HHC Commander. Prepares and conducts training assistance programs in the area of combat service support. Prepares and conducts combat service support training assistance programs. Assists in combat service support lesson outline development as SME. Prepares and submits training reports and requests.
Reviews combat service support publications for accuracy/applicability to SANG use. Provides advice and assistance to other contractor organizations in matters pertaining to combat service support operations. Provides training and assistance to SANG units participating in training exercises. Conducts combat service support training for units undergoing collective training. Assists in the conduct of OPD/NCOPD training. Develops and writes CSS annexes for operations plans and orders. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Educational Level: College Graduate. CAS3 graduate; CGSC preferred. An equivalent combination of college level courses, military training or job site experience may be substituted.
Experience: Six (6) years experience in specialty area of US military combat service support training programs, field operations and leader development. Related battalion, brigade or division CSS or equivalent staff officer experience. Former Field Grade Officer preferred. Driver's license required.
