Engineer Reliability 3 – 188143
Perform reliability, maintainability, system safety, diagnostics/testability, human factors and logistics engineering tasks. Support design, production and fielding of complex electronics equipment. Tasks include: modeling, allocation & predications; Derating; Failure Mode Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA); Failure, Reporting And Corrective Action System (FRACAS), including trend analysis; Reliability Development Growth Test (RDGT), Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)/Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS); Parts selection/control; Identification of Hazards and Risk Reduction; evaluation of built-in-test (BIT); Development of documentation: Plans, Procedures; Analyses and Reports; Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis; Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA); Evaluation of design alternatives to reduce operating/support costs; and Performance Based Logistics (PBL).

Required Skills: Mastery of specialty engineering skillsets required. Strong analytical, organizational, communication and PC skills required. BSEE and 5-9 years of experience.
Knowledge of specific military or commercial communication systems experience desired.
