Project Lead for Captains' Career Course (ADA): Supervises a team of seven SMEs who provide Air Defense Artillery expertise in the areas of weapon systems, principles of fire direction, command and control systems, battery functions, communications, area defense, and air defense artillery operations. Possesses an in-depth understanding of IPB, COE, MDMP, CAD, and Air and Missile Defense Weapons Systems. Responsible for providing input to revising lesson plans to meet training requirements through the application of approved tactics, techniques and procedures.

Requirements: Shall have (or be able to have) certification on Army Battlefield Interface Concept (ABIC), System Approach to Training Basic Course (SATBC), and Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC).

Assets: Recent service in OIF or OEF.
