The selected candidate will provide government developmental and operational test management support for the Global Combat Support Services-Marine Corps program, a major automated information systems program (ACAT 1AM). GCSS-MC is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) logistics system that is currently in the design/build phase. Oracle 11i eBusiness suite is the basis of the software solution, but includes additional reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions (RICE) objects. Candidate will support the government to develop, prepare for, and conduct test plans and reports. Will interface daily with government, other test team members, and GCSS-MC solution provider. Past experience in DoD testing is required, preferably with an ERP or large IS system. Previous support to Marine Corps Test and Evaluation Activity is desired. A qualified candidate should have past experience conducting a developmental test comprised of 5 or more testers, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring corrections are properly implemented. Understanding of the GCSS-MC system under test is highly desired.
5 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree; 3 years with Masters Degree; 0 years with PhD. 9 years of experience with no Degree. DoD developmental or operational test experience required, preferably with some experience with an ERP or large IS systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to effectively communicate both written and oral.
