Software Engineer 2 – 188730
The GeoScout program in Reston, Virginia is seeking software engineers to design, develop and maintain software applications for NGA's Geospatial-Intelligence Management System. Successful candidates will support the software development life cycle with design reviews, software development, peer reviews, Unit tests, documentation and configuration management; Successful candidates will have the ability to troubleshoot and maintain software.

The following are the basic qualifications for this position: Must have an active TS/SCI. Bachelors degree with a minimum of two years of experience in software design and/ or development; additional years of experience may substitute in lieu of degree. Prior experience using the following: Web Services, JAVA, J2EE, PL/SQL, BEA Weblogic, XML, BPEL and COTS integration. Asset to have prior GeoScout experience.
