Information Assurance (PKE) Analyst

Where Technology and Teamwork come together... Northrop Grumman Information Systems (NGIS) sector is seeking an Information Assurance (PKE) Analyst to take on a challenging opportunity to support the DISA Chief Information Office (CIO) Information Assurance Branch (CI32) at 5600 Columbia Pike, Falls Church, VA at a Government facility. Under the DISA BRAC move, the position will relocate to the new DISA facility at Fort Meade, MD within 2 years. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's task order for DISA CIO Information Assurance Support Services at Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), a Department of Defense Agency.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Track and measure compliance with the RA and LRA certification practice statements
* Execute and maintain PKE Support FAQ on DKO
* Adjudicate/resolve customer issues with the use of common access cards
* Adjudicate/resolve findings in the audit report
* Track and document all items of interest at the Federal level and DoD level associated with HSPD-12
* Execute and manage internal alternate tokens (Alt Token) program
* Adjudicate customer issues with the use of Alt Token
* Process mobile code certificates
* Participate in HSPD-12/PKE related meetings, workshops, conferences and complete memorandum of record / trip report as directed by the TM
* Prepare and maintain draft PKI/PKE Engineering Support standard operating procedures (SOP)
* Use various Microsoft packages (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Netscape Communicator, and Explorer)
* Prepare and execute CIO PKI/PKE Engineering Support training

Minimum Qualifications:
* Current DoD security clearance required
* Bachelor's degree (preferred majors include Information Assurance, Information Systems, Business). 4 additional years of experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
* Three years of related experience
* Experience with RA/LRA policy, procedures and hands on experience in the issuance process is mandatory
* Ability to work at a customer site (daily contact with the Government customer makes it important to project a professional, positive image)

Preferred Qualifications:
* IAM certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Certifications that meet this criteria are: Security+, CISSP, GSIF, GLSC, or CISM
